Data basis and interpretation
These compartments are TCMCP virtual groups mapped primarily from Human Protein Atlas subcellular localization terms. For selected HPA-missing or unmapped targets with detected cardiomyocyte RNA expression, reviewed UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot subcellular location is used as supplementary evidence. A lower-tier Gene Ontology cellular-component fallback is clearly marked where no explicit UniProt location is available. Cardiomyocyte expression uses HPA single-cell RNA evidence where the cell type is cardiomyocytes. A target may appear in multiple compartments, and the mapped location does not mean every localization was experimentally measured in cardiomyocytes.
