The Traditional Chinese Medicine Cardiovascular Pharmacology Database (TCMCP) is an open-source resource for organizing traditional Chinese medicine herbs, active ingredients, cardiovascular-related diseases, and corresponding gene targets. With an intelligent document identification module, TCMCP can retrieve newly available literature and extract information related to traditional Chinese medicine research. After manual review, the database can be continuously updated to support cardiovascular pharmacology studies.
